User Groups

There are active NicheRMS365 user groups around the world. The user groups are self governing and were implemented to encourage police agencies to exchange ideas and best practices related to using NicheRMS365.

The user groups retain close links to the company through the customer support managers and other members of the Niche management team. They also help identify areas for enhancement within NicheRMS365 and work with our developers to translate high-level requirements into new functional capabilities.

Documentation and Learning Center

The NicheRMS365 Documentation and Learning Center (DLC) contains the technical and operational tools and documentation you need to maximize your use of NicheRMS365. The DLC is the new home for all technical documentation with advanced searching and filtering options, and direct access to our live Knowledge Base.

You must have a Microsoft Teams Niche Guest License to access the DLC. To set up the guest license, have your agency’s SharePoint administrator contact: NicheSharePoint@NicheRMS.com. 

Only requests from an agency’s SharePoint administrator will be processed.
